"Azersilah" leadership holds a series of international meetings within the framework of “World Defence Show 2026”.

Within the framework of “World Defence Show 2026,” held in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Minister of Defence Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vugar Mustafayev, and the Chief Executive Officer of Azersilah Defence Industry Holding CJSC, Emil Ibrahimov, held a number of high-level meetings.

Throughout the exhibition, meetings were conducted with Gokhan Ucar, Deputy Chairman of the Defence Industry Committee of Türkiye; Mirgani Idris Suleyman, Director General of Sudan’s Defence Industry System; senior representatives of Singapore’s ST Engineering; the Czech Republic’s Colt CZ; China’s ALIT and CETCI; Türkiye’s BAYKAR, TUSAS and HAVELSAN; as well as Trillium from the United States of America.

In addition, meetings were held with Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Al-Ohali, Governor of the General Authority for Military Industries of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Khalid bin Hussein Al-Biyari, Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs; Mansurjon Ibodullayev, Director of the Defense Industry Agency under the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Muhammad Chiragh Haider, Secretary of the Ministry of Defence Production of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, Minister of Defence of the Federal Republic of Somalia; Hassan Daoud Kabroun Kayan, Minister of Defence of the Republic of Sudan; and Major General Marius Ngendabanka, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Burundi.

Furthermore, discussions were also held with senior representatives of General Dynamics, Teledyne FLIR and Ansys from the United States of America.

The meetings focused on expanding cooperation in the defence industry, strengthening production and scientific capabilities, promoting innovative and digital technologies, exploring joint research opportunities, enhancing personnel training and exchanging expertise. Developments presented during the exhibition and potential future areas of cooperation were also discussed.
